Craft Show! Sunday, May 2nd

We're knitting up a storm to prepare for this weekend craft show at the Edelweiss. Doors open at 11am and it is free admission. Hope to see you there!

Wanted: Photographers to test some product...

As I create more and more designs I am constantly looking for photographers to play with my props. Over the next few months, I am going to be posting an item and looking for a photographer who would like to play with it, in exchange for a professional picture that can be added to my portfolio. You get the use of props... and I get some pictures for my use! Sounds like a great deal to me! :)

IM AN AUNT! - well an adoptive aunt! My very good friend recently had an adorable baby girl and of course we took advantage and setup a photo shoot with Tricia (Tricia Marie Photography) to show off some of my latest designs (and as an excuse to play dress up). I am proud to show off all my new stuff (especially the latest sling - check out pictures below). The newest addition - The Cocoon!

I have finally been able to take the time to develop a cocoon pattern  (and I have been SO excited to show it off). Tricia from Tricia Marie Photography (contact information below) provided me with these gorgeous photos from a recent photo session using the cocoon (and a couple hats). Busy Busy Busy!

I have been SO busy the past few weeks finishing up some projects, and designing and completing new hats!! As some of you know I was in Mexico on vacation. It was a wonderful refresher and inspired me to complete a whole bunch of little tiny hats! Here is a sneak preview.

Just before the holidays I had rented tables at local craft shows to get the word out and display my work.
I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Stephanie from Stephs Photography (www.stephsphotography.ca) at one of those shows.

She had purchased a couple of my hats to use for newborn photography shoots and has been extremely kind in letting us post some of her work!  Aren't they absolutely adorable?!
